LeadingPRINT Summit Calls Industry Execs to Inspire, Lead, Succeed

APTech and WhatTheyThink invite entrepreneurial execs to refresh their leadership know-how with event in Chicago, June 14–15

Nashville, TN The Association for PRINT Technologies (APTech) and WhatTheyThink bring the LeadingPRINT Summit to Chicago, June 14–15 at the Westin O'Hare, Rosemont, Illinois, followed by a tour of industry-leading print communications company, Quantum Group. The meeting will focus on the leadership skillsets needed to succeed in today’s evolving landscape.

Business proper starts on Thursday morning, with a breakfast briefing on The State of the Industry—Print Outlook 2023 from Richard Romano, Managing Editor, What They Think and author of Printing Outlook 2023, a detailed analysis of the latest WhatTheyThink Business Outlook Survey.

Gary C. Laney, CEO of Success Masters, will present Influential Leadership: The Top 10 Competitive Competencies as he narrows the large field of leadership traits to a set of 10 and defines these elite characteristics as Competitive Competencies.

Linda Bishop, President, Thought Transformation, presents What the CEO Needs to Know (And Fix) About Sales Today focusing on practical solutions to address today’s selling realities and build the skills and systems sales teams need to win.

Jon Budington, President, More Vang, will describe how he faced the challenge to fund new software development projects in his session, The Old Rules Don’t Apply: Financing for New Business Models.

In a hands-on workshop titled, How to Recruit, Attract & Retain the Right People, Dr. Susan Cain, Partner at The Corporate Learning Institute provides solid recruiting tips specific to our industry and demonstrates how attendees can build on their strengths to attract new talent.

Attendees will then travel to the Quantum Group facility in Morton Grove, IL to meet with CEO Cheryl Kahanec and tour the company’s state-of-the-art plant.
