As the printing industry faces an aging workforce, printers face the critical issue of how to recruit new talent and particularly the next generation of talent that will replace those nearing retirement. This study examines the state of the U.S. printing industry workforce, how manufacturers and printing companies staff their organizations and how companies are attracting new and younger talent to their industries.
