There is no reference in our modern industry to be able to refer back to as a guide for what could happen in the future. The corona virus has made our physical and economic world come to a hard stop. As it is impossible to accurately predict the future, we have no choice but to stay flexible when it comes to trying to project the impact of a worldwide quarantine and economic restart. We can however try to project the impact upon the digital printing world by separating short from long-term concerns, and by looking at specific macro-trends in vertical markets.
